Accessibility statement

This website for gamblers and their relatives is run by the Swedish national gambling helpline (Stödlinjen) at the Centre for Psychiatry Research. We want as many people as possible to be able to use the website. This page describes how stodlinjen.se complies with Swedish law on the accessibility of digital public services, any known accessibility problems, and how you can report shortcomings to us so that we can improve the site.

Documents

There are shortcomings in documents published after September 23, 2018

  • Some documents are not properly rendered (tagged) to work with screen readers.
  • The reading order may be incorrect in some documents.
  • In some documents, the alt texts for graphics are missing.

Third-party products

There are some issues with the chat function on stodlinjen.se. Our chat provider is aware of the problems and is working to resolve them.

  • Insufficient contrast: Some elements have insufficient contrast, affecting accessibility.
  • Lack of clear error messages: Incorrectly filled forms are indicated only by red colour.

The chat supports keyboard navigation and relies on external software for content reading.
